STAY ALERT: If you notice anything unusual or concerning, please report it to festival staff or security personnel immediately.

  • Here are some ways to help keep yourself and fellow festivalgoers safe:

    • Check in on those around you – If someone appears unwell or distressed, offer help or notify staff. Report any disruptive behavior to security.

    • Respect personal space – This event is for everyone, and we want it to be a positive experience. Be mindful of others and always respect boundaries.

    • Stick with your group – The Guest Services Tent is the designated meeting point if you get separated from friends. If a friend is in distress, notify festival staff right away—assistance will be provided without judgment.

    • Stay aware of your belongings – Keep track of your personal items. If you misplace something or find a lost item, visit Lost & Found at Guest Services.

    • Keep emergency contacts accessible – Save emergency contact info on your phone’s lock screen and carry a written copy just in case. (PRO TIP: Register your wristband and enter your emergency contact info when prompted.)

    • Hydrate and stay cool – Free Hydration Stations will be available with filtered water, and designated shaded areas in our Venice Beach Parks & Recreation event space will provide relief from the sun. Bring an EMPTYreusable water bottle to refill throughout the day.

    • Shield yourself from the sun – Take breaks in shaded areas and use sunscreen, sunglasses, and hats for protection.

    • Protect your hearing – Music will be loud! (PRO TIP: If you forget earplugs, stop by Guest Services to grab a pair.)

    • Carry a list of any allergies or medications in case of an emergency.

    • Dress appropriately for the weather – Keep an eye on the forecast before heading out so you can bring any necessary gear like raincoats or sun protection.

  • HARASSMENT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED

POPPOP FEST is a space where everyone should feel safe and welcome. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Harassment based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, body type, appearance, age, religion, or nationalityis strictly prohibited.
